These terms apply to your use of longco.ai and LongBot, provided by The Long Co. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Software, not financial advice

LongBot is software. Nothing from The Long Co. — including the website, reports, messages, and trading signals — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a financial advisor.

Risk of loss

Cryptocurrency trading carries a substantial risk of loss, and you can lose some or all of the funds you trade with. Past performance, including backtests and prior live results, does not guarantee future results.

Your account and funds

You keep custody of your funds on Coinbase at all times. The Long Co. never holds your money. You are responsible for your Coinbase account, its security, and the API keys you create.

Taxes

You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that result from trading on your account.
